Our smokehouse products are all natural with no preservatives or artificial colors. Smoking fish is an art to us and we take great pride in the unique delicacies we produce. All our fish are smoked with traditional Northwest alder wood, and when combined with the finest natural ingredients and just the right heat and humidity, we get that distinctive Pacific NW Best Fish taste that’s like no other.
