Sisters Quilt Show

The Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show (SOQS), held every second Saturday in July in Sisters, Oregon, is the world’s largest outdoor quilt exhibition. This unique, one‑day celebration transforms the town into an open-air galleries. Over 1,000 vibrant quilts are draped on the sides of shops, galleries, and cafes, creating a patchwork backdrop against the charming Western-style storefronts. This event spotlights the artistry, heritage, and diversity of fiber arts and attendance is free.

Complementing the main show are related events throughout the week, including evening fundraisers like “A Town Covered in Quilts”, raffle quilts benefiting scholarships, and Sunday exhibits at the nearby FivePine Lodge & Cabins. Visitors are encouraged to plan ahead—arriving early helps beat the crowds and provides a better viewing experience.
