crafts fair

A fine arts and craft festival in the heart of downtown Portland's Pearl District.  The 23rd annual event will be held in the Pearl's North District Park Blocks.  This free event includes art, theater, live music performances, crafts, and hands-on activities for the whole family. Over 100 artists.
