Located in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Capitol Cider is the largest independent cider bar in the country. This restaurant, full bar and bottleshop offers one of the country’s largest selections of hard ciders on tap and in bottles plus an array of apple-based spirits. The frequently-changing 30-handle tap is split between 20 ciders and 10 beers, and the cider bottle list includes more than 150 selections from Washington state, Montana, Oregon, California, British Columbia, England, France and Spain.
