DOSALAS Latin Kitchen + Tequila Bar was born out of the desire to provide a high-end + sophisticated dining experience with the comfort of a casual + carefully blended hybrid. Owned by 12-year restaurant business veteran, Jorge Castro, DOSALAS latin kitchen + tequila bar brings the best of both worlds together by putting on the table traditional + classic Latin American dishes, magically twisted by Mexican + Caribbean flavors.

We’ve given up “traditional” in favor of a more engaging, dynamic + interactive dining adventure. Everything is presented on small plates or what we like to call “shareables.” Whether you choose to sit on our Pearl Deck overlooking the water, or any of our many seating areas, we present a series of curated small plates as they’re prepared, allowing you to leisurely indulge in the flavors of Latin America with your friends + family.
