New Cascadia Traditional ™ is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located in Portland, OR. We specialize in hand crafted artisan breads, pastries, cakes, pies and cookies. We verify and source our ingredients to ensure that they are safe for those with Celiac Disease or who are gluten intolerant. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at this facility: eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
