Seahorse is a single-origin chocolate roastery in Bend, Oregon offering online chocolate bars and hot cocoa mixes.

We source cocoa beans by seeking partners who focus on transparency and quality in their work. To this end, we offer direct-trade certified, single-origin cocoa that reflects the craft of the farmers and producers from whom we buy.

Our secret is drum roasting small batches of cocoa beans to bring out each varietals’ unique flavor. We then form our chocolate into bars with striking flavors representing creativity and complexity in each bite.
