Located in downtown Vancouver across from the historic Kiggins Theater, The Syrup Trap offers your favorite breakfast food all day long. Enjoy your gourmet coffee or tea along with a waffle topped with a variety of choices that make it hard to choose just one.

Liége waffles (pronounced LEE-AGE) are yeast-leavened dough waffles featuring chunks of Belgian pearl sugar which caramelize on the outside when baked. Maple syrup is not needed but can be added.
