The Boiler Bay State Scenic Viewpoint on Oregon’s Hwy 101 between Depoe Bay and Lincoln City, is one of the beautiful destinations along the Oregon coastline. South of the Fogarty Creek beach and just before you reach Depoe Bay to the south, you’ll find a perfect oasis to grab a picnic table and stop for a picnic on the grassy lawn. There is plenty of parking, public toilets, and the area is open year-round with no parking fees. On a sunny winter day, you’ll find you might even have the place to yourself to take in the amazing views. This photo was taken in December 2023.
