We verify and source our ingredients to ensure that they are safe for those with Celiac Disease or who are gluten intolerant. We take precautions to eliminate cross-contamination with other ingredients that are also present at this facility: eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Our gluten-free bakery also serves a rotating lunch menu, including our famous gluten-free pizzas and sandwiches.
