Pacific NW Best uses only the finest wild-caught seafood indigenous to our region. We are well rounded with numerous suppliers & fishing vessels to insure only the highest quality seafood makes it to your dinner table.
Our smokehouse products are all natural with no preservatives or artificial colors. Smoking fish is an art to us and we take great pride in the unique delicacies we produce. All our fish are smoked with traditional Northwest alder wood, and when combined with the finest natural ingredients and just the right heat and humidity, we get that distinctive Pacific NW Best Fish taste that’s like no other. It’s our pride and joy, but it’s only one small part of a seafood roster that keeps our customers coming back again and again.
Our PNWB cafe specializes in down home homemade seafood. Our hand-breaded Halibut n’ Chips, Grilled Mahi Tacos, Homemade Clam Chowder, just to name a few, are unparalleled in quality & taste. With indoor seating, take-out orders and even curbside service available, we can accommodate all our customer needs.
