The Birds and the Beans Coffee

A unique coffee shop when visiting Ridgefield, a town surrounded by the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge.  This business showcases a unique collaboration between Ridgefield High School students in the CAPS program and Killa Bites, a local maker of sweet treats. The students learn the process of creating a business . The students learn real-life business skills while also providing a unique coffee and dining experience to community members.
