Do you like to get out in the snow to play but want something other than downhill skiing?
Near Winthrop, WA in the North Cascades, is a trail system that includes over 120 miles of cross-country ski trails, and trails for Nordic skiing, snow shoeing, fat bike riding. The trails are also open in the summer months for equestrian riding, dog walking, running, nature observation, and access to fly-fishing areas.
Day passes are available as well as week, season passes, and lifetime memberships. Kids under 17 and over 75 are free. Equipment rentals and lessons are available.
