Did you know that the Northern Lights occasionally make an appearance here in the Northwest? While many people think they can only be seen in far northern locations like Alaska, Iceland, Sweden and Finland, the night skies in Washington State, and sometimes even Oregon, have been known to put on the spectacular, colorful display.
