This free event is fun for the whole family. Come watch the creative creations by Portland residents as they race their homemade soap box cars on a course down Mt. Tabor. Join in the fun and celebration of all things crazy and unique. These great images are from Jason DeSomer photography 2017 and 2018. What will 2019 bring? Every year brings new innovations and outlandish fun.
