Some like it hot!  And even hotter.  If you love your hot sauce, you need to come check out the 4th annual Portland Hot Sauce Expo. Held in the OMSI Bridge The Portland Hot Sauce Expo will showcase The BEST Hot Sauce companies from Coast To Coast – Ocean To Ocean. This is an All-Star Line Up. If You LOVE Hot Sauce As Much As We Do Then This Is True Heaven.  Over 40 vendors will be offering samples.  There will be plenty of eating challenges as well for those brave souls, including the Doughnuts of Death Challenge, Slaytanic Burrito Challenge, and the Spicy Pizza of Doom Challenge. There is also a National Cocktail Making Competition where contestants have 90 seconds to make the best cocktail around.   Craft beers and food available – everything from vegan to BBQ
