Milk Carton Boat Race

A fun, family-friendly event and all part of the Portland Rose Festival.
Children and adults race and show off handmade boats that float only using recycled milk cartons and jugs. Categories from ages 7 and up.
Starting point is at the Casting Pond in Westmoreland Park, 7700 SE 22nd Ave, Portland OR
