Trash or Art?
2018 is the 13th annual Recycled Arts Festival at Esther Short Park in Vancouver, WA. Artists will proudly show off how they are being eco-conscious, keeping the rejected material out of landfills, and making something beautiful, meaningful, or just plain fun! All artists are required to show work made from at least 75% recycled or reused materials. Over 150 artists will have their work to view and for sale, as well as entertainment of local bands on the main stage, and family fun activities.
