2017 marks the 30th Annual Cannon Beach Stormy Weather Arts Festival! Popular events include the spotlight concert and Art in Action. In recent years, the festival has also incorporated ‘Brews, Blues and Barbeques’ event, as well as the Dancing in the Rain Fashion Show!
