The Big Halloween Parade

St. Helens, OR loves celebrating Halloween and will get the month of October off to a roaring start with a fun family-friendly parade through town. If you love dressing up in costume too, you can join in the fun too – just fill in the application by Sept. 24.
Parade Entry Fee:
- Columbia County Residence $30 per entry form
- Non Columbia County Residence $50 per entry form
DAY OF PARADE:
- Check-in begins at 3:00pm at Emmert Motors on the corner of Columbia Blvd. and Milton Way
- Line up begins at 4:30pm
- Judging starts at 5:00pm
- Parade begins at 6:00pm
