Verboort Sausage Festival

Come join the 88 years of handmade sausage, sauerkraut and applesauce made solely by hundreds of community volunteers and generations of families that have been in Verboort for over 150 years. Come sit down with folks that have attended over 50 consecutive dinners. See the Giant Sequoia Redwood trees brought to Verboort as seeds from Giant Sequoias in California upon Mr. Porter’s return from the gold Rush of 1849 and planted in 1888. Come be a part of our tradition and our community
