An organic produce with a small indoor dining experience by reservation. A farm-to-table experience located just outside Corvallis, Oregon in Philomath. Nestled on our farm, you will find our rustic farm-to-table restaurant where guests can indulge in a dining experience unlike any other. For the farm to table GTF experience, they highlight fresh produce at its absolute best. The care that goes into their produce is the same care that goes into producing the menu. Menus and dishes are prepared with deep respect for the European tradition of peasant cuisine and add a Pacific Northwest flair. They make our own pasta and bake their own bread. Some items will be familiar and some will be an adventure. All dishes will be crafted thoughtfully with respect to the land and local businesses.
