Considered the most authentic Japanese Garden outside of Japan, the Portland Japanese Garden is a haven of tranquil beauty in all four seasons . Located in the west hills overlooking downtown Portland.  A spectacular garden in serene 5.5-acre space with waterfall, teahouse & a view of Mt. Hood.  Beautiful to visit any season of the year, but especially stunning in spring and autumn.  A popular visitor attraction with good public transit available.
