Overview
Alongside the waterfront in the Norwegian influenced town of Poulsbo, WA is a local favorite – the Slippery Pig. Known for their pulled pork sandwiches, local craft beers, and a welcoming, casual atmosphere. Their international/NW style menu is sure to please everyone – including fusion tacos, Viking share platter, Schwarma sandwich, Cuban sandwich, Irish corned beef, and Italian street sandwich – to name just a few. The key words here are sustainable and local. They specialize in using only local ingredients – many grown on their own farm. All the hops are grown in Washington and not imported. They strive to use local ingredients seasonally which creates a regularly rotating and uniquely Poulsbo tap menu.
