Known as the “Blue Bridge” in the Tri-Cities area of southern Washington, this beautiful bridge spans the Columbia River between Pasco and Kennewick. Formally named the Pioneer Memorial Bridge, the name “blue” bridge is easier to remember. But colors don’t matter when competing with mother nature’s sunset show. The graceful symmetry of the arched bridge looks simply beautiful even in silhouette.
