Made fresh in Portland, Oregon, Ruby Jewel ice cream offers fabulous flavor combinations in their oversized ice cream cookies.  They specialize in local flavors including: a brown sugar cookie with NW strawberry ice-cream, or maybe a dark chocolate cookie filled with fresh NW mint ice-cream, or a lemon cookie filled with honey lavender ice-cream.  So many wonderful flavors, so many to try – good thing you can get them in a variety pack too!  They are available in local stores or online with delivery nationwide.
