The Devil’s Punchbowl is a fascinating geological site on the central Oregon coast. South of Depoe Bay and near Otter Rock, there is a State Park with great viewing areas on paved paths. We went in August during a minus tide when you can follow a trail down and actually walk inside the punchbowl. During high tide the bowl is filled and has great waves crashing and spurting. It is one of the “must-see” spots on the Oregon Coast!
