One of our favorite Northwest Moments is enjoying a cold brew from one of the many homegrown brewers located right here in the Northwest – Portland is widely considered one of the nation’s hubs for craft beer, but you can find many popular (and locally owned) breweries all across the Northwest, whether it’s in a big city like Seattle or a smaller town like Bend.
One destination brewpub to experience if you haven’t already is the Pelican Brewpub in Pacific City – it’s located right along the beach, allowing patrons to enjoy a relaxed view of the ocean that’s wonderful rain or shine. COnsider trying a beer flight to pick your favorite while enjoying fresh, fantastic pub food.
The Pelican brewery has recently expanded with additional locations in Cannon Beach and Tillamook, but you can’t beat the view at the original location.
